Governance & Social Justice

Beringia inspires processes of transformation, structural change and decolonization at different levels through planning, engagement, mentorship and advocacy.

Pathway for Success

Beringia believes that planning is an opportunity for Indigenous communities and Nations to assert their right to self-determination and define their own pathway for success.

Transformation

We guide processes of transformation, structural change and decolonization at organization and systems levels. We do this through our approach to community-led planning, engagement design, mentorship efforts, language and communication, as well as through direct political advocacy and strategizing.

Reconciliation Efforts

Beringia also supports reconciliation efforts between Indigenous communities and external groups through relationship building, cooperation, protocols and agreements.
